Instructions for downloading and opening the Student Progress Template

How to DOWNLOAD:
  • Step 1: Click the "Student Progress Templates" button below. You'll be redirected to a SharePoint folder that contains the proficiency scale versions of the progress template.
  • Step 2: Click on the ellipsis next to the file that you want to download; a popup menu will appear. In the popup menu, click on "Download." The file will download to your computer. If it automatically opens with the Preview app, close the file (you will likely get an error message - you DO NOT need to update adobe, please refer to the 'how to open' the template below)
How to OPEN:
  • Step 1: After the PDF has downloaded to your computer, find the file on your computer (it will probably be in your downloads folder or on your desktop),
  • Step 2: Right-click the file, hover over "Open with," and then choose "Adobe Acrobat Reader"
**Important Note: The steps above are the ONLY way to open this file. If you receive an error message that says 'please wait...' or a prompt to upgrade adobe, please refer back to the steps above

  1. Click on the link for the appropriate template file.
  2. In the toolbar at the top of the page, click the Download button to download the PDF.
  3. After the file has downloaded to your computer, open the file with Adobe Acrobat Reader DC. If you are using a Mac, right-click the file, hover over "Open with," and then choose "Adobe Acrobat Reader DC."
