Dance & Your Classroom Community

During this session educators will learn and share tools to create classroom communities through the art of dance. By encouraging risk-taking and comfort, teachers can empower students to move naturally and safely. Activities such as morning meetings, classroom routines, and daily physical activity can be used to empower teachers and students to feel creative and powerful. Educators can also learn how to plan and prep for their class to perform at a talent show or the district dance festival!
