Writing instruction is complex, and the design of impactful assessment practices is equally so! In this next session of our intermediate Literacy assessment series, we will explore opportunities, routines and considerations to keep in mind when designing writing assessments for our intermediate classrooms. We will focus on making sense of our writers in both ELA and across the curriculum with an emphasis on sustainability and the power of formative assessment.
