In this especially challenging time, understanding the "why" and "how" helps ground us SOGI-inclusive education. Join Provincial SOGI 123 Lead, Zakary Myers (he/they), in exploring challenging conversations around SOGI. Many districts across the country are experiencing the negative impacts of misinformation and overt discrimination in relation to SOGI. This session will offer a chance to hear from a very knowledgeable and skilled activist who works alongside the Ministry of Education to create a more inclusive school system in BC.
