There are lots of great Social Studies initiatives across the district! I hope to support educators by giving grass roots initiatives, that have already started or have been thought about in schools, time to develop using district funded TTOC release time. This is open to elementary or secondary teachers working in a partnership/small group. There will be a form for an expression of interest and each group will meet with me after school prior to in-school release time for us to flesh out the inquiry and then focus our efforts to have a clear plan for the release day.
