In this initiative, newer to career teachers (0-5 years) will explore foundational areas of Social Emotional Learning in their classrooms.
Participants will attend an initial learning dinner session at DEC and choose SEL area of focus to lean into (Supportive Classroom Climate, Instructional Strategies, Explicit SEL Instruction).
Participating educators will work alongside SEL Helping Teacher in their schools and classroom to support their practice.
