We would like to offer an opportunity for East Asian staff in our district to connect in an inviting space to network, share your lived experiences and explore ideas for creating more inclusive and affirming schools. We will be exploring unconscious bias, the importance of representation and responding to microaggressions. Our intention is to build community through sharing and embracing our cultural identities and lived experiences.
