This initiative involves 3 dinner sessions. Participants are invited to critically analyze an existing unit of study through an equity, inclusion and anti-racism lens in order to develop culturally relevant, responsive and sustaining pedagogies. Participants are expected to bring a unit that they teach and will be introduced to a critical analysis tool. The intent is to provide teachers with an opportunity to update an existing unit through an equity and inclusion lens.
