As part of Inner-City Early Learning initiative, ICEL teachers, whose allotment includes 0.1% funding for Numeracy, are invited to sign up for a one week residency with Jess Kyle (Numeracy Helping Teacher). Each residency includes a release day for 3 teachers (2 classroom teachers ) + the ICEL teacher that will be used for collaboration and planning purposes. The week selected for the residency will be dedicated to Early Numeracy within the participating classrooms. Further details of the week will be determined in advance by jess and the ICEL teacher in order to integrate with the needs and schedule of each school.
Further information and sign up for residencies will take place at the second ICEL meeting at DEC in October.
Sessions will be school based and held between January and April 2025
